How do I earn points?

The 3 primary point earning activities are:

Your season ticket investment - you earn 5 points/dollar spent*

Your concessions & retail purchases - you earn 5 points/dollar spent

Your game attendance - you earn 100 points per seat scanned at the gate

*Please note that Suite purchases are not included as part of the Wild Rewards program, therefore, no investment points will be awarded for any Suite purchases made.

How do I redeem my points?

All points must be redeemed within our Prize Store and can be used on a wide variety of items ranging from clothing, merchandise, in-game experiences, auctions, sweepstakes and more! Visit our Prize Store and start using your hard earned points!

What if I forgot my log-in credentials?

Your Wild Rewards username is the email that is used for your My Wild Account. If you do not remember the correct email address, contact your Account Representative directly or call our main customer service phone line 651-222-WILD!

Your password is the same password you use to log into your My Wild Account. If you have forgotten this password, simply click on the "forgot password" button on the log-in screen & an email will be sent to the email address that is used as your username with password re-set instructions.

Do my ticket partners have access to my Wild Rewards Account?

Your ticket partners do not have access to your own Wild Rewards account unless you have given them your log-in credentials. Each partner listed on your season ticket account will have their own Wild Rewards account & will is able to earn their own points through attending games, using their 4Ever Wild Membership card and engaging in the approved social media activities listed. In order for your ticket partners to have their own Wild Rewards account, they must be listed on the primary season ticket account as an approved partner with an email address provided at a minimum.

If I have transferred tickets to a partner, who receives the attendance points for that game?

Any time that tickets are transferred in an email through your My Wild Account to your ticket partner, your ticket partner will receive the attendance points for that game as long as those specific seats are scanned at the gate upon arrival. If the individual that tickets are transferred to is not listed on your season ticket account as an approved ticket partner with email address listed, or, is not a season ticket member themselves, attendance points for that specific event are forfeited.

Can I use my points in the Hockey Lodge or at the concession stand?

At this point in time, you are unable to use your points directly at the Hockey Lodge to purchase merchandise, nor can they be used to buy food and/or beverages at the concession stands.

There is merchandise available to be ordered within the Prize Store that you may use your points on, as well as gift cards that can be used at both the concession stands & all Hockey Lodge locations.

Do my points expire?

Your Wild Rewards points do expire. They begin to expire after two (2) years from the initial date that they were earned on a first-in-first-out basis. Points expire at 12:01a.m. on the date that they are set to expire on your profile page. Detailed point expiration information is not made available through the Wild Rewards app, or when accessing the website through a mobile device. If you would like to view your detailed account information, we recommend accessing the program through a desktop, or, laptop computer. To find how many points have expired from your account, or, when points will begin to expire from your account, visit your profile page and reference your "Latest Activity".

Did my points roll over or transfer from last season?

Your Wild Rewards points roll over from season to season but begin to expire 2 years from the date that they were earned on a first-in-first-out basis. Your available point balance can be accessed under the "Latest Activity" portion on your profile page.

Can I pick up my order the same day that it was placed?

All items ordered through the Prize Store typically require 3-5 business days to process your order and send pickup instructions. Gift cards can be processed in-game at our Wild Rewards booth, however, you must present your 4Ever Wild Membership card upon order placement. Items ordered with mail delivery preference will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.

Can I have my prize store item(s) mailed to me?

Certain items within the prize store have a mail delivery option. This option comes at an additional point deduction for shipping & handling purposes. You must choose this option during the checkout process in order to have an item mailed to you.

After a mail order has been placed, your item will be shipped to the address provided within 3-5 days from the date the item was ordered.

How do Sweepstakes work?

Sweepstakes offered through Wild Rewards are similar to raffles or prize drawings in which you are given a ticket with a corresponding number - if your number is drawn and called aloud, you win the sweepstakes.

For each sweepstakes item you wish to enter, there is a set amount of points that each sweepstakes requires to enter. By clicking the 'enter sweepstakes' button, you are using the preset amount of points required to enter the sweepstakes one (1) time. You may also select the number of times that you wish to enter the sweepstakes up to the maximum number of entries allowed. Points used on sweepstakes entries are not returned if you do not win the sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes winner(s) is/are randomly selected from the pool of entries after the sweepstakes has closed and contacted by phone.

How do auctions work?

There are two ways to place a bid within the Wild Rewards auction platform:

1) Place a 'one-time' bid of your desired amount greater than the current high bid in place. Bid must meet or exceed the minimum bid increase amount stated on auction item page. If your high bid is surpassed by another user, you will receive an email notification that you have been outbid and prompting you to place another bid amount.

2) Enter your maximum bid amount that you do not wish to exceed, or, the maximum amount of points that you are willing to use on that particular auction item. Once you enter the maximum bid amount, the auction platform will automatically re-bid for you as other users place bids until your maximum bid amount has been reached. If the highest auction bid exceeds that of your maximum bid placed, you will receive an email notification that you have been outbid and prompting you to place another maximum bid amount.

If at any point your bid has been exceeded and you do not wish to continue to participate in the auction, any points previously bid are returned to your overall point balance. If an auction is won and you receive email notification that you have won, points will be removed from your account equal to that of the highest bid that was placed. If a maximum bid was placed and the auction window closes prior to the maximum bid being reached, the point differential will be returned to your account.

How do I earn more points through Creating a Greater State of Hockey?

As a season ticket member your contributions to our home ice advantage and support of youth hockey initiatives are undeniable. For supporting youth hockey programs and initiatives you will earn rewards points for each contribution. By providing us with your youth hockey registry numbers, officiating certification numbers, association names and other proof of your support, you will earn real reward points for your playing a part*.

One additional way we are rewarding you is for bringing a Wild fan to his/her first game at the Xcel Energy Center. Find a member of the Fan Relations Team in-game at either the Guest Services desk, or, the Wild Rewards area and your guest will receive an official First Game Certificate. In turn, you will earn even more points for bringing him/her to watch the Wild play on home ice*.
